  • The present petitioner recorded her statement under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, on April 25, 2022.
  • She made allegations against the sixth respondent that her scooty was in his possession. Further, she stated that her ₹17,000 is lying in the almirah, one Samsung mobile is lying on the bed, and she transferred ₹32,000 to the sixth respondent’s account via PhonePe.
